Her practice encompasses a wide array of civil and criminal antitrust matters, including litigation, civil investigations, grand jury investigations, and mergers and acquisitions.
Jordanne has worked with companies in a variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, financial services, and electronic gaming.
Prior to joining Wilson Sonsini, Jordanne clerked for the Honorable Judges Nebeker, Ferren, Steadman, Ruiz, and Washington at the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.
