Jing Xu is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she focuses on corporate and securities law.

During her time at Georgetown University Law Center, Jing served as a research assistant for Professor Hillary Sale for research on corporate governance issues. She also took Civil Technology practicum, where she helped legal aid organizations build digital tools for the access to justice movement.

Prior to Georgetown University Law Center, Jing worked as a compliance specialist in the legal department for a tech start-up company.
