James Kim is an associate in the San Francisco office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he practices corporate and securities law. He advises companies on general corporate matters, including formation and operation, corporate governance, debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and securities-related matters.
During law school, James worked as an extern for Justice Nathan D. Mihara of the California Court of Appeal for the Sixth District on a wide variety of civil and criminal appeals.
Prior to joining the firm, James practiced corporate law at Goodwin Procter LLP.
