Isaiah Loya is an associate in Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati’s technology transactions team. His practice focuses on the representation of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies.
During law school, Isaiah pursued a custom dual-degree program between UC Berkeley School of Law and the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. While at Johns Hopkins, he served as a legal intern in the corporate team of The Johns Hopkins Health System Corporation’s legal department.
As a first-year associate, Isaiah developed a pro bono initiative with a prominent university and non-profit organization focused on representing the university’s student-athletes in transactions involving their name, image, and likeness.
