On November 6, 2024, IonQ, a leader in quantum computing, announced that it has reached a definitive agreement to acquire substantially all of the operating assets of Qubitekk, a quantum networking company. Wilson Sonsini Advises Stripe on Acquisition of Bridge
On October 21, 2024, financial infrastructure platform Stripe confirmed that it is acquiring stablecoin infrastructure provider Bridge. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Stripe on the transaction.
