Fleur has over 20 years of experience specializing in employee incentives and benefits, with a particular focus on the technology and life sciences sectors. She counsels on cross-border transactions and has extensive experience in advising on incentive arrangements in the context of both acquisitions and investments in the UK.
Prior to joining Wilson Sonsini, Fleur was a legal director at Pinsent Masons LLP, where she was highly involved in the development and management of the share plans and incentives team. She has also worked as an associate at Olswang LLP and Taylor Wessing LLP; a senior associate at Baker McKenzie; and legal director at Bird & Bird LLP.
Fleur is regularly invited to present on incentives issues at events and webinars, covering a broad range of topics that include the use of share plans to address the skills shortage by helping retain and recruit key employees, corporate governance and other technical aspects relating to the design and operation of equity incentive arrangements.
