His practice focuses on corporate and securities law, including general corporate representation, venture capital financings, public and private mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings.
During law school, Evan worked as a law clerk in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office, where he assisted in the representation of emerging companies. As a student at Georgetown University Law Center, Evan served as managing editor for the Georgetown Law Technology Review and worked as a student attorney for Georgetown’s Health Justice Alliance Clinic. Prior to law school, Evan worked as a consultant, assisting with budget and acquisitions for United States Special Operations Command and the United States Navy.
