He has secured wins for Google in patent litigation, a major financial institution in litigation over investments in mortgage-backed securities, and the Norton Simon Museum in litigation over two panel paintings by Lucas Cranach the Elder—the last of which resulted in a California Lawyer Attorneys of the Year award.
