Emma Game is a partner in the London office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she is a member of the firm’s tax practice. Emma advises on all areas of tax law, including structuring and other tax aspects of M&A, joint ventures, demergers, and IPOs; standalone tax advisory work such as group reorganisations; and tax enquiries and disputes.
Prior to joining Wilson Sonsini, Emma was senior counsel at Slaughter and May, where she started her career as a trainee solicitor. She was with Slaughter and May for nearly 15 years, and, as senior counsel, she led the firm’s pensions tax practice, advising employers and trustees on all aspects of pensions taxation, including pension funding structures.
