Elke Trilla is a corporate attorney in the Boston office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Elke serves as outside general counsel to a portfolio of early stage and venture backed companies, working closely with founding teams to guide them through initial company formation considerations, day-to-day business and scaling matters, corporate governance best practices, financings, and growth transactions.
Elke advises both domestic and international clients, including venture capital and strategic investors across a variety of industries and geographic footprints. Elke is actively involved in the business and legal communities with a focus on creating opportunities for female and underrepresented founders to have access to capital and quality legal advice.
