Dylan G. Savage is a partner based in the New York office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she litigates and tries high-stakes commercial, securities, and corporate governance matters nationwide. Dylan has meaningful trial experience in federal and state courts across the country and is also well-versed in all aspects of pre-trial litigation, from inception of an action through discovery and dispositive motion practice. Her practice focuses in particular on complex commercial litigation, derivative lawsuits, stockholder class actions, and trademark disputes, where she frequently represents clients in the entertainment, media, fashion, and technology industries.
A multiple-time winner of the firm’s John Wilson Award, Dylan played a key role in securing precedent setting, high-profile pro bono litigation wins, including a trial win on behalf of one of the largest classes of Medicare beneficiaries in history (affirmed by the Second Circuit), and a historic win on summary judgment against a former Colombian paramilitary leader in connection with claims arising under the TVPA.
Prior to joining the firm, Dylan was an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where she represented large financial institutions in lawsuits arising from the purchase of mortgage-related investments. Dylan sits on the board of directors for the Center for Justice and Accountability, a nonprofit organization seeking to deter severe human rights abuses around the world through innovative litigation, policy, and transitional justice strategies. Dylan also sits on the board of directors for Legal Aid at Work, a nonprofit legal services organization dedicated to assisting low-paid workers and marginalized communities assert their workplace rights.
