Dylan Byrd is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where his practice focuses on complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on intellectual property and internet strategy.  He advises industry-leading companies in the U.S. and abroad, particularly in the technology, media, and entertainment sectors. 

Dylan has experience in every stage of litigation: he has taken and defended numerous depositions, supported jury trials, litigated appeals, and ushered many disputes to resolution both in and out of the courtroom.

During law school, Dylan served as a member of Georgetown’s Appellate Litigation Clinic, and externed at the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Division. Prior to law school, he worked as a paralegal for a Fortune 50 company.
