Daniel Cho is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he practices corporate and securities law. Prior to joining the firm, Daniel was in-house counsel and an associate at a Palo Alto-based venture capital firm, where he advised the management team on successfully raising the firm's debut fund and worked directly with the general partner at all stages of investments. He also oversaw and managed all aspects of legal operations of the firm, including fund formation/governance, deal executions, and exit transactions.
