Claire Yerman is an associate in the Seattle office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she is a part of the firm's energy and climate solutions practice. Claire aids clients in the renewable energy and clean technology sectors in project development, regulatory matters, and project finance. Claire has experience negotiating project development agreements in the solar, wind, energy storage, carbon capture and sequestration, and electric vehicle charging industries. In addition, Claire advises renewable energy developers on federal and state energy regulatory matters.
While obtaining her master’s degree in environment and resources at Stanford University, Claire received a grant to research opportunities and barriers to the development of agrivoltaics (co-location of agricultural production and photovoltaics) on Tribal lands.
