Chris’s experience includes a multibillion-dollar network services outsourcing that involved the provision and receipt of services in over 40 countries. He has also advised clients on numerous cloud computing agreements, IP and technology licensing agreements, supply agreements, and other commercial transactions.
Christopher Paniewski is a partner in the technology transactions practice in Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati’s Palo Alto office. He focuses his practice on strategic commercial transactions, investments, and mergers and acquisitions for technology companies. Chris is a founding member of the firm’s electronic gaming group.
