Carole’s broad capital markets experience includes representing issuers, investment banks and sponsors in connection with initial public, follow-on, and secondary equity offerings; investment grade and high-yield debt offerings; tender offers; rights offerings; and redemptions.
She also counsels publicly traded companies on general corporate matters, SEC compliance, disclosure matters, exchange listing standards, and complex securities law issues.
