Callie Davidson is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and has cultivated diverse litigation-focused experience within the firm’s complex litigation, internet strategy, and intellectual property practice groups. Her practice has covered complex high-stakes disputes in the technology, energy, and real estate sectors, including cases involving products liability, breach of contract, data breach, patent, and trade dress. Her experience in state and federal court includes both multi-district and class action litigation. Callie has assisted with dispositive motion drafting, deposition preparation, expert report drafting, discovery management, settlement analysis, and has supported three trial teams, including arguing an evidentiary motion in limine in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
Callie maintains an active pro bono practice which has included immigration, transgender rights, appellate, and criminal vacatur matters. Working alongside Of Counsel Ariel Anaba, she helped secure deferral for a bisexual client facing removal to Nigeria, including conducting the client’s direct examination during immigration proceedings. She also appeared in Los Angeles Superior Court’s Family Division on behalf of a minor client from Honduras, leading to grant of Special Immigrant Juvenile Status and deferral of action.
