Brittany Von Rueden is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she is a member of the technology transactions group.
During her time at Notre Dame Law School, Brittany served as the Executive Managing Editor for the Journal on Emerging Technologies, President of Moot Court, research assistant to Trademark Professor Mark McKenna, and teaching assistant to Civil Procedure Professor Jay Tidmarsh. She also competed with the Intellectual Property Moot Court team at the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition where her team won regionals two years in a row, and Brittany won best oralist. Additionally, she was also awarded the Edward F. Barrett Award for outstanding achievement in the art of trial advocacy and gained hands-on experience as a legal intern at Whirlpool Corporation and as a student representative in the Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Clinic.
Prior to law school, Brittany worked for a leading medical device company.
