Brad Barber is a litigation associate in the Salt Lake City office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Brad handles a variety of litigation matters for clients in the technology, life sciences, medical device, consumer products, and financial services sectors. His practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, including trademark disputes, trade secret misappropriation, product liability disputes, restrictive covenant litigation, business torts, partnership disputes, and breach of contract litigation.
Prior to Joining Wilson Sonsini, Brad practiced in the Salt Lake City office of Kirkland & Ellis, and at Hueston Hennigan, an elite boutique litigation firm in Orange County, California. Brad completed a judicial clerkship for the Honorable John K. Bush of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
In addition to his litigation practice, Brad is also an adjunct professor at Brigham Young University Law School, where he teaches a course on Article III of the U.S. Constitution.
