Ava has worked extensively on matters involving trademark prosecution, brand protection and enforcement, trademark clearance and selection, licensing, copyright protection, advertising issues, domain name disputes, IP litigation, and arbitrations involving IP disputes.
Ava is a member of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee and has been recognized by both the firm and the State Bar of California for her commitment to providing pro bono legal services.
During law school, Ava served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Gray H. Miller of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
