Austin March is a partner-elect in the Austin office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he specializes in corporate finance and securities law, including initial public offerings, de-SPAC transactions, other public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities, and general corporate representation, including periodic reporting compliance and corporate governance matters. He regularly works with emerging growth, technology, and energy companies, both public and private, as well as investment banks and private equity firms. Austin has been recognized as “One to Watch” in Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions by Best Lawyers in America.

Prior to joining the firm, Austin practiced in the capital markets and mergers and acquisitions group at Vinson & Elkins.
