Anjali Krishnan is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she supports public and private companies in a broad range of tax issues involving in domestic and cross-border transactions. She helps clients on tax issues relating to mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, debt financing, and equity offerings.

Anjali has significant transactional tax experience having catered to several clients in India for seven years. Prior to joining the firm, she was a senior associate at Khaitan & Co, Mumbai, where she regularly advised domestic and international clients on tax aspects involved in acquisitions, bond issues, investment fund formation, infrastructure projects, and general structuring of transactions. She has assisted clients in the core manufacturing, life sciences, software technology, e-commerce, and financial services sectors.
