Adam has represented many public and private technology companies, venture capital firms, and private equity firms.
Prior to joining the firm, Adam was an associate in the corporate group of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP's Los Angeles office. Previously, he was an associate in Milbank's intellectual property group, where his practice focused on patent, trade secret, copyright, and trademark litigation. Before joining Milbank, he worked for IBM's Globalization and Verification Testing Group in North Carolina, where he tested IBM's WebSphere product on different operating systems, including Linux, Unix, and Windows, in up to nine different languages, none of which were English. Adam also worked for BindView Corp. as a web developer, where he built web pages using ColdFusion.
