On July 30, 2020, document automation platform PandaDoc announced that it has raised $13.75 million in Series B-2 extension funding in preparation for taking on the $25 billion e-signature industry pioneered by DocuSign and Adobe Sign. Wilson Sonsini represented PandaDoc in the transaction.
San Francisco-based PandaDoc enables users to create, deliver, and manage their teams’ quotes, proposals, contracts, and other sales collateral. The total Series B raise since 2017, including rounds B-1 and B-2, is approximately $31.7 million. In total, the company has raised $40 million since its inception in 2011.
