On October 29, 2022, Wilson Sonsini litigation associate Larissa Lee was honored at the American Inns of Court Celebration of Excellence held at the U.S. Supreme Court as a recipient of the 2021 Pegasus Scholarship. Based in the firm’s Salt Lake City office, Larissa focuses her practice on securities litigation, banking regulation, and blockchain law. She represents clients in a variety of securities class action and shareholder derivative lawsuits filed against public companies, and also has experience defending companies and individuals in connection with SEC investigations.

The Pegasus Scholarship is awarded to two U.S. attorneys each year and is designed to provide an intensive, six-week introduction to the English legal system. Pegasus scholars spend time observing barristers in court and in their chambers, shadowing a justice of the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom, and traveling to Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Ireland to learn about the differences in those systems.
