On March 24, 2021, VIZIO announced the pricing of its initial public offering of its Class A common stock at a price of $21.00 per share. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised VIZIO on the offering.

VIZIO is offering 7,560,000 shares of its Class A common stock and selling stockholders are offering 4,690,000 shares of Class A common stock, plus up to an additional 1,837,500 shares that the underwriters have the option to purchase. The shares began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on March 25, 2021, under the symbol “VZIO." The offering is expected to close on March 29, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
