On January 23, 2024, TravelPerk, a hyper-growth business travel management platform, announced it has closed an additional $104 million investment led by SoftBank Vision Fund 2 with significant participation from existing investors, including Kinnevik and Felix Capital. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati advised TravelPerk on the transaction.
Founded in 2015, Barcelona-based TravelPerk sells an all-in-one platform for companies to book, manage, and report all their domestic and international travel. Customers can also extend the platform through integrations with expense management systems. This round is an extension of the Series D-1 raised in January 2022, led by General Catalyst. Stephen Thorne, Investment Director for SoftBank Investment Advisers will join the TravelPerk Board of Directors.
