On July 10, 2020, Zhenro Services Group Limited (Zhenro Services) successfully listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, raising approximately HK$1071.5 million (after deduction of listing expenses and assuming the over-allotment option is not exercised) from a global offering of 250,000,000 shares (assuming the over-allotment option is not exercised). Zhenro Services is a nationwide, fast-growing and comprehensive property management service provider in China, offering diversified property management services for residential and non-residential properties. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati served as the sole sponsor’s and the underwriters’ legal advisors as to Hong Kong laws and U.S. laws in connection with Zhenro Services’ global offering and listing.
