On March 10, 2021, Roblox Corporation, an online human co-experience platform with millions of immersive digital experiences, commenced trading of its Class A common stock in a direct listing on the New York Stock Exchange symbol “RBLX.” In its debut on the NYSE, Roblox’s stock closed at $69.50 on March 10, giving the company a market cap of $38 billion.
