On January 23, 2024, EDX Markets (EDX), a leading digital asset marketplace, announced the successful launch of its clearinghouse, EDX Clearing, and the completion of its Series B investment co-led by new investor Pantera and founding investor Sequoia Capital, with participation from Citadel Securities, Fidelity Digital Assets, and Virtu Financial. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Pantera on the transaction.

EDX is a new digital asset marketplace designed to meet the needs of both crypto native firms and traditional financial institutions. EDX will use the new financing to further develop its technology and fund global expansion.
