The company is listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol "HA." On November 30, the last reported sale price of its common stock was $20.26 per share. Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, BNP Paribas Securities Corp., and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC are acting as the bookrunning managers for the transaction. Hawaiian Airlines currently intends to use the net proceeds from this offering, if any, for general corporate purposes.
