On September 17, 2024, GreenLite, a construction technology company making permitting faster and more predictable for builders, developers, and municipalities, announced the successful completion of its $28.5 million Series A financing less than a year after its launch. The round was led by Craft Ventures with participation from 53 Stations, Trust Ventures, and LiveOak Ventures. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati advised GreenLite on the transaction.
GreenLite helps builders, developers and municipalities to streamline the permitting process through its Private Plan Review platform, enabling them to work with one regulatory agency and significantly reduce development timelines. The additional capital will be used to improve GreenLite's technology platform and private plan review offering, while enabling the firm to expand into new markets and increase its collaboration with local government agencies.
The Wilson Sonsini team that advised GreenLite on the transaction includes Brian Dillavou and Melanie Froh Carver.
