On April 4, 2024, Floreo, a leading behavioral therapy virtual reality (VR) company, announced the acquisition of Autism Eyes, an autism diagnostics and assessment company created by Cleveland Clinic Innovations. The addition also coincides with Cleveland Clinic's strategic investment into Floreo. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Floreo on the transaction.
Floreo's acquisition of Autism Eyes represents an important expansion of Floreo’s business and clinical model into the virtual diagnostics and assessment.
