On June 29, 2021, Density Inc., the leader in business solutions for the built environment, announced that it has acquired Nashi, a unique, fast, and elegant system for allocating, managing, and reserving space. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Density on the transaction.
Nashi’s product will become Workplace by Density, and their world-class team will join Density’s San Francisco office and broader distributed team. The Workplace application expedites the space allocation and planning process, integrates seamlessly with HR systems, and allows workplace admins to drag and drop entire teams onto the spaces they have permission to reserve once they return to the office. According to Density CEO Andrew Farah, “Workplace is not only modern software for allocating areas to business units and people, it's also an easy system for employees to reserve a desk near their colleague, book space with their team, and otherwise get more from their place of work.”
