On July 15, 2021, Blend announced the pricing of its initial public offering of its Class A common stock at a price of $18.00 per share. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati is advising Blend on the offering.

Blend is offering 20,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock. In connection with the offering, the underwriters will have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,000,000 shares of Class A Common Stock. The shares began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on July 16, 2021, under the symbol “BLND." The offering is expected to close on July 20, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
