Co-chair of the firm’s antitrust litigation group and member of the firm’s Board of Directors, Jeff Bank is a seasoned litigator who has handled a wide range of complex matters, from multi-district litigations and global cartel cases to actions against competitors. In addition to his litigation practice, Jeff regularly advises clients on business practices, government investigations, and merger clearance issues, and has represented a broad array of clients before federal and state agencies.
Jamillia Ferris, co-chair of Wilson Sonsini’s antitrust and competition practice, represents companies across multiple industries in merger matters and civil conduct investigations before the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). An experienced counselor helping companies comply with antitrust laws as they engage in a wide range of business conduct, Jamillia has held leadership positions and has overseen mergers at both the Antitrust Division of the DOJ and the FCC.
Stephen Heifetz, co-chair of the firm’s national security practice, advises clients on laws and policies at the intersection of international business and national security. Stephen has been a CFIUS practitioner for two decades and has previously served in the U.S. government on the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), as well as in various national security positions at the Central Intelligence Agency, Department of Homeland Security, and DOJ.
