On August 18, 2020, VeriSilicon Microelectronics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., a leading provider of platform-based, all-round, one-stop custom silicon services and semiconductor IP licensing services, successfully completed its initial public offering and listing on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board (STAR Market) of the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The company priced its IPO at RMB38.53 per share, and the offering raised approximately RMB1.86 billion ($268.8 million). The shares began trading on the STAR Market on August 18, 2020 and closed the day at RMB148 per share, giving the company a total market value of RMB71.5 billion ($10.4 billion).
