Google, 21-13333. “Gonzalez was the first occasion the Supreme Court had taken to consider the application of Section 230, which provides immunity to internet services for hosting third-party speech. That immunity statute has been under a tremendous amount of political and public scrutiny over the last few years,” Lauren said.
