On August 8, 2023, Wilson Sonsini M&A partner Jackie Hamilton was selected among the honorees for "Rising Stars" by The New York Law Journal for this year's New York Legal Awards. The New York Legal Awards honors attorneys and judges who have made a difference in the legal profession in New York, from shaping the law, to achieving outsized results for their clients, and to assisting those in need of legal services. The publication's judges reviewed the applications of hundreds of talented attorneys and respected attorneys across the state of New York. The honorees will be recognized at the awards event on October 5 at Pier Sixty in Manhattan.

She is also noted for her civic and pro bono work which recently includes securing asylum for an asylum seeker fleeing religious persecution and assisting with “Brief of 379 Employers and Organizations Representing Employers as Amici Curiae in Support of Petitioners,” Obergefell v.
