On August 16, 2023, Boston Business Journal announced this year’s “40 Under 40” honorees, a list containing young founders, attorneys, and CEOs at some of the region's biggest companies viewed as rising stars. Wilson Sonsini Boston associate Elke Trilla is named among the selected honorees for this year’s class.

Elke is a corporate attorney in the firm’s Boston office, where she counsels early stage start-up companies on all legal and strategic business issues including formation, governance, venture capital financings, and other corporate transactions. She also advises venture capital and strategic investors as they pursue transactions with portfolio companies. Elke’s clients include domestic and international investors and companies across a variety of industries and geographic footprints.

Elke is actively involved in the business and legal communities with a focus on creating opportunities for female and underrepresented founders to gain quality legal advice and access to capital.
