US-Japan Healthcare Connection, following the very successful 2022 integrated program between the Japan Society of Northern California (JSNC 501(c) 3 ) and US-Japan Medtech Frontiers (USJMF 501(c) 3 ), proudly announces our "Japan Healthcare Week 2023" program consisting of a number of events and networking opportunities in Tokyo and the Nagoya area of Japan. The focus of this year’s events is “The Future of AI and Robotics in Healthcare” and one of the highlights of “Japan Healthcare Week” will be the introduction of early-stage healthcare companies to potential partners and investors in Japan.
Wilson Sonsini, a co-founder of USJMF and now a member of the US-Japan Healthcare Connection, will be coordinating the application and selection process, as well as being a key participant in the Roadshow.

Presenting early and emerging growth healthcare startups to potential Japanese partners and investors has been a part of our Healthcare Week beginning in 2014. This year’s roadshow participants will be showcased at the events and introductions made to Japanese stakeholders in intimate networking opportunities, such stakeholders including investors, strategic partners, customers, distributors, industry leaders, researchers, government officials, and other players in the Japanese healthcare ecosystem.

All early to mid-stage companies in the medical device, diagnostic, biomedical, pharma, AI, robotics, digital healthcare and wellness sectors are encouraged to apply. Although there are no application or participation fees, participants will need to cover all of their own expenses for travel and in Japan.
