The McCarthy Institute and the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University are delighted to announce that the article “From Trade Secrecy to Seclusion,” authored by Charles Tait Graves and Sonia K. Katyal, has won the McCarthy Scholarship Award contest.
“The Future of Trade Secret Law” will feature a lecture in two parts: the co-authors on their prize-winning article and our featured speaker and McCarthy Laureate Judge Kent A. Jordan from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Three CLE credits will be available through this event.
