Through the end of 2022 and into the early months of 2023, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has been busy. Notice of Penalty Offenses have led to actions on endorsements and reviews, health-related claims, and more.
Our in-depth program will discuss this active FTC and will drill down into specific areas of interest such as the Green Guides and dark patterns. In addition, to help you stay ahead of current issues companies face as they develop campaigns, gain an inside look at how BBB National Programs’ National Advertising Division evaluates these types of claims in advertising, and learn what you can and cannot do to comply with truth-in-advertising principles and stay out of the cross hairs of the FTC.
This event features an in-depth panel comprised of BBB National Programs' National Advertising Division Vice President Laura Brett who will be joined by Wilson Sonsini Partners Maneesha Mithal, Lydia B. Parnes, and Alyssa M. Worsham.
