Cody Gaynor is a senior associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he practices corporate and securities law. Cody represents technology and cleantech companies at all stages of development, with a particular focus on late-stage private companies and capital markets transactions. He regularly advises companies on general corporate and governance matters and frequently represents companies, venture funds, and strategic investors in venture financings. Cody has broad experience with capital markets transactions, having represented both issuers and underwriters in IPOs, and has also advised on direct listings, SPAC mergers, registered secondary offerings, and PIPE investments.
