Michael (Mike) Rosati is a partner in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he focuses on corporate finance and structured finance transactions. He has particular expertise in representing issuers, underwriters, and investors in convertible, high-yield, and investment-grade note offerings; equity derivatives; and PIPE transactions. Mike also advises issuers on the restructuring or repurchase of outstanding debt securities, including through private market repurchases, tender offers, or exchange offers.
