On September 27, Stanford’s Lawyers for Sustainable Economy Initiative hosted a webinar focused on Tax Opportunities for Early-Stage Entrepreneurs in the Inflation Reduction Act. Karen Skelton, Senior Advisor to the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), and clean energy tax law and startup experts from Wilson Sonsini took a deep dive into how early-stage entrepreneurs can benefit from the Direct Pay provisions in the Inflation Reduction Act.
