Wilson Sonsini partner Josephine Aiello LeBeau will be presenting at the American Conference Institute’s Global Encryption, Cloud & Cyber Export Controls, March 16-17, 2021. This two-day conference is a virtual event for global trade controls professionals to stay compliant with the changing regulations.

Josephine’s first session on the 16^th will be an “EAR and ITAR Encryption Controls Boot Camp:  A Deep Dive into the Essentials of Key Requirements, Best Practices, and Common Missteps to Avoid in Order to Strengthen your Export Controls Program.”

On the 17^th, Josephine will be a part of a think tank discussing the “Status of BIS Definitions of Emerging and Foundational Technologies, and the Potential Impact on Competitiveness, Cost Efficiency and Innovation.”
