Wilson Sonsini partner Taylor Owings will co-chair the 2024 Antitrust Fall Forum in Washington, D.C. one week after the election, on Thursday, November 14. This year’s program will feature an engaging debate-style format, focusing on the future of antitrust policy in light of the forthcoming change in Administration.
Taylor will also moderate the session “Resolved, the Biden Administration Turned the Page in Antitrust” in which participants will debate whether antitrust law – either as a doctrine or as a matter of practical effect on business activity – has begun to shift in a lasting way as a result of the Biden Administration’s cases, guidelines, or other actions. Participants will benefit from a comprehensive 360-degree review of antitrust under the current Administration, featuring insights from leading enforcers, academics, and private practitioners. It will also serve as a much-needed conversation on whether the next Administration should pivot or stay the course.
