| EXPERIENCE: Rezwan Pavri is a partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he focuses on a wide variety of corporate and securities law matters for public and emerging growth companies, investment banks, venture capital firms, and other investors. Rezwan has extensive transactional experience in public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, venture capital, private equity, and debt financings. Rezwan represents several public companies in securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, Exchange Act reporting, and corporate governance matters. Rezwan also represents numerous private and start-up companies in matters ranging from incorporation and initial capitalization to venture capital financing and board fiduciary duties, and his clients have received financing from, among others, Accel Partners, ATA Ventures, Benchmark Capital, and Trident Capital. In addition, Rezwan regularly advises venture capital firms in connection with their investments. Prior to joining Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Rezwan was an associate with Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York and London, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and high-yield debt financings.
