Join us for an in-depth discussion of the important issues in preparing your company for the fundraising process. We’ll discuss positioning your company, preparing the team, and organizing your presentation for fundraising. We’ll explore the venture capital process and discuss what VCs are currently looking for and what you can do to maximize your contact with them. We will also discuss the path to closing and the critical milestones in the closing process.
This program includes a series of seminars and networking events covering a wide range of topics to help you focus your ideas and business strategies and runs semi-weekly over the course of 20 weeks. Since its launch, the Entrepreneurs College has met with great success, bringing together hundreds of entrepreneurs to form the beginning of a dynamic and diverse leadership community.
The Entrepreneurs College is exclusive to entrepreneurs and start-up company executives in the Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati network. You will benefit from the largest network in the country of leaders in entrepreneurship, venture capital, angel organizations, and other finance and advisory firms.
2010 Program
Sessions will take place from 9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. and will include a breakfast program with additional time for networking. All programs will be held at the firm's offices at 650 Page Mill Road in Palo Alto and videoconferenced to our offices nationwide.
